Return & Refund Policy
At Warda Fabrics, your satisfaction is our priority. However, refunds are only applicable in cases where the order was damaged or sent incorrectly. Orders that are delivered correctly cannot be refunded simply because the customer changed their mind.
Return Guidelines:
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photo evidence of damage or incorrect item.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Important Notes:
Custom-stitched or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, even if damaged (except in exceptional cases).
Customers are not eligible for refunds for orders delivered correctly.
Warda Fabrics will cover return shipping costs only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
